Home

Home; home to me is not just a house, it’s something or someone that makes me feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Home to me sounds like the laundry machine running, the tap pouring, and cats meowing. To me, home smells like bread, cats, and food. Home is this feeling, it doesn’t have to be a place, it can be your family or friends, maybe even pets. Home doesn't have to be the house you grew up in or the town you've lived in half your life; it can be people who took care of you or were there when things got hard. That is what home means to me.
