Memory Lane

Hey there! I’m chase and I’m going to explain how I got here. So around six years ago, I lived in BC and I was 4 years old. I went to visit my dad every now and then and I would fly on a plane. I remember once I flew to my dad and he got me my first … NINTENDO SWITCH! Then he got me Minecraft from Best Buy and Mario Cart. I lost the switch a few years ago – but I got a new one, don’t worry. That was the start of my gaming journey. Anyways, after we got home, I went to sleep. Then when I woke up a few hours later and we had to go but before we left my dad and I had one final game … LEGO STAR WARS. My dad and mom were talking and I think I sat on a red ant hill? I still don’t know to this day but when my dad and mom were done talking I went into the car and SCREAMED SO LOUD! I ran out of the car and I had ANTS ALL OVER ME! My mom threw me in the bathtub and turned on the shower and got them all off of me. But you must be thinking what does that even have to do with meaning of home? I really don’t know, but I’m here now so maybe I wouldn’t be if that didn’t happen. I still live in two homes. One with my Aunt, and one with my Mom and that’s okay. Habitat For Humanity is trying their best so that everyone can embrace the warmness of a home.
