My Meaning of Home

Home can be so many different things for so many different people. There is no set layout of what home has to be, so make sure that you make your home perfect for you. For me my house is the same space as my home but they represent two completely different things. My house is just the fiscal place that I live in. However, my home is everything to me. My home is a place of happiness and laughter. It is filled with some of my best moments and my worst all put together into a property that I call home. Crowded with memories of me and my family for years. My home is where I learned almost all my knowledge. From learning how to ride a bike and swimming to roasting a marshmallow to the perfect golden brown color without burning it. My home has me, my family, and my animals together. Having fun cooking and playing games. Whenever I am there I feel welcome and loved no matter what happens. It is a shelter, safe space, and it has a spot in my heart. I hope that whatever you choose to be your home, it is just as amazing as mine.
