Building vs Home

My home is special because it is not just a building, it is a place where I am safe and loved. A home isn't about what you have or how cool it is, it is about the people who live there. A building has furniture a home has love. A home doesn't have to be a building it can be a nest, a den, or an igloo. To me home is a place where I am safe and loved, a place my opinion matters. My home feels like a warm blanket when watching a movie with my family. The smell of pizza at dinner time. In my home I feel supported by my friends and family. Home sounds like my family's laughter. I am happy and thankful for my home and grateful for Habitat for Humanity for giving homes to people in need.
