My Home Isn’t Just A Place

My home is great in it’s own way. My home isn’t just a place, my home is somewhere I can be loved and where I can be calm and I have a couple reasons why, so here they are If you would like to listen. Whenever I get home I can smell all the food my parents make like pasta and traditional Chinese noodles. I can taste all the delicious food my parents make too like siu mai and pizza. I can see my family, my dog, and my old stuff that brings back memories. I can hear my older brother yelling at his games, my younger brother calling for me, my dog barking at the door, and all my shows. I can touch my dog to pet her, and touch the utensils to eat. For me my home is my safe place where I can be myself without judgment and laugh without any stress needed and I am thankful for everything I have because I know some people in the world don’t have any of these things. So with that a home to me is my comfort place.
