What Is Home?

Home is important. Home smells like the dinner table when my mom is making Biryani. Home tastes like hot chocolate on a snowy night. Home sounds like me and my sister playing Smash Karts. Vroom, vroom! Home feels like cuddling with pillows and blankets before going to sleep. Home looks like the delicious ice cream cake on the counter that I am not allowed to touch before I finish dinner. Home protects you like an underground bunker, But it is warm and soft like cotton candy. All the magnets on the fridge are like little pictures of our life; souvenirs from family trips taken together. I have learned that home isn’t just important, It is where I feel important.
