Home is More Then a House, It's a Memory
Home is a safe place where I am understood.
As soon as I walk through my Home, siblings fighting and roaring like a lion
and although it is annoying, I like it, it makes me feel at Home.
As soon as I walk through my home,
I feel my siblings' hair that's as soft as a cloud that makes me feel at home.
As soon as I walk through my home,
I feel all the memories of baby siblings and me cuddling with my mom and hugging her as tight as a knot that makes me feel at Home.
At home, in the winter, we lie with blankets, sipping on hot chocolate, talking about all the memories as the snow falls down like we're in a snow globe, that makes me feel at home.
When I'm up in my room, I can smell my dad's juicy, flavorful alfredo pasta, and I run down the stairs faster than a cheetah, so happily.
When I'm anywhere else, I can see my pictures on the wall, remembering every grade and age, and those days turned from normal to a memory that I will remember forever.
And memories that I'll remember forever, like when a new life entered my house, a cute baby girl who made our smiles light up for days.
