What home means to me
A home is where I sleep, eat, have fun and make memories. Where I can be myself and where I know I can feel safe. I know that I can trust the people in my home. If I didn't have a home and a family to go with, I wouldn't be able to really call it a home because it would not be as warm and welcoming as a home with a family like when you're born. Your family welcomes you very nicely and they treat you like how they are supposed to and you're happy. It's also the place you grow up and learn how to love and how to protect yourself and where you stay until marriage. In your home, you might recognise that whenever you get in trouble they are always there for you like when I had a bully they helped me get through it and it ended up being fine. One time I was in school and people were calling me fat and I did not like that so I went home and I told my parents that I got called fat and they helped me. They told me that I was not fat, I was just plump and that boosted my ego and that really helped me because I knew that my parents cared about me and that made me confident about myself so now I don't care about my weight and that taught me a really good thing that when people say bad things you just ignore them and tell your parents and just let it roll off your shoulders, my parents make sacrifices for me so I will make sacrifices for them. Like they sometimes have no money but they still make you happy by buying stuff for you because they care about you but when they do that they probably won't have enough for themselves that's one of the sacrifices they make.
