I love my Home

Have you ever had a bad day and you feel like your world is falling apart, but the moment you walk through those doors everything feels normal again? That’s how I feel about my home. To me my home is my safety because I can talk about my bad days and gain more confidence and face the world again. First, my home is where I make my amazing memories. It can be big or small, all the memories count because it is spent with my family. One of my favourite memories is when my dad is home from work and we are all at the dinner table talking about our day. After we are done talking about our day my dad always tells funny jokes. It makes me laugh all the time. Next, my home is my saftey. When I am feeling sad or having a bad day I can freely voice how I feel without anyone judging me. I also feel safe in my home because whenever I am scared of anything or uneasy my family is always there for me.My family will always be there to comfort me. My family will always be there to give me good advice when I need it. Lastly, my family is full of amazing adventures. Even when it is just a trip to Costco when I go with my family it feels like we traveled somewhere else. Also my parents plan to go on amazing adventures in and out of Canada, so we can see different parts of the world to see what else the world has to offer. My favourite adventure is when we had to drive 8 hours just to get to New Jersey to see my cousins and to celebrate my 11th birthday. It was worth it because I was with my family the whole time. These are the reasons why my home is my safety because I can freely voice my feelings . My home is where I make awesome memories and my adventures. Everyone deserves a home that makes them feel loved and cared for.
