What Home Means To Me

Home isn't just the place you live, it's the place where you make memories. You may live in a house with beautiful furniture but that's not what home is, home is a place where you build laughter, joy, passion, and belief. Home is a place where you tell stories at the dinner table, play games on the couch and play baseball outside. When I come home I see my mom is playing with my little brother. Even though he takes up so much time, my mom always makes time to make memories with me and my sister. Home isn't just a house, it’s a place where you make memories with friends and family. One time I moved from Waterdown and came to Lindsay. I thought I wasn't at home any more but then I remembered home isn't just the place you live, it's where all your family is. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for helping people who need homes. Sincerely, Aiselyn
