Why People Should Have a Home

Home is a wonderful place. You feel loved even if you don't have a dog, cat or bunny. Love is a feeling. My family shows love in different ways. My family shows it by loving me so much and my siblings. My mom and dad love me no matter what. Family is there to love you even in bad times or even when you're in trouble. I love my siblings, but sometimes they are not pleasant, but I still love them and like playing games with them like tag and manhunt and so much more. I feel like home and family go together. Family is wonderful. Your dad or mom cooks for you. You probably have a sister or a brother who likes to make snacks for you. I love my sister and my brother so much. I like the smell of my moms food and I think she should be a chef. Her cooking is so good and tasty and I love it! Sometimes my dad cooks and it is also good. It’s important to have a kitchen in your home to cook and bake in. My favourite food my mom and dad make is Lasagna. It tastes so good, in fact it tastes perfect and I love it so much. Having your own private space is wonderful. You might have your own room or share one with one of your siblings. I have my own room and love it because I have my one space with my own stuff in it and I love it. I like to keep it clean. I love it clean because I can find stuff. I don't want my siblings to wreck it and I love that. Every kid should have a bedroom. I go to CML school and feel safe. I love it so much and am thankful for living in a home near my school. CML has an amazing staff and Mrs. Courtney is an amazing teacher. She shared with the class what Habitat for Humanity does and I was eager to write about my home. Habitat for Humanity does good work and can help other kids get a home. Kids can have pets, a kitchen to cook and bake stuff in and give them their own bedroom to feel comfortable in.
