What Home Means to Me…

My family and their caring support are what home means to me. My mom motivates me when others discourage me. My dad makes me feel safe and important, and he also handles things around the house. My parents prepare delicious food, such as my mom’s biryani, for me to enjoy. My brother provides feedback to help me improve my skills. Home is special only because of my family. Home isn’t just a building; it’s where I make most of my memories and spend most of my time. For example: the time when my mom and I played Uno together, it is special because that was the first time my mom ever played with me. When I’m at home, I’m fixed on being a doctor. That’s made me only take 25% comics when I go to the library. It’s where I get comforted the most, and it’s where things are meaningful to me forever. Home to me is like the feeling of being myself. I think everyone deserves a family and a home; without those, it’s hard to live. I also think that family needs to care about you; otherwise, it’s no good. My parents are the only reason that I don’t feel lonely when I’m at home. I sometimes feel lonely when my parents leave home to go somewhere. I’ll bet that you have too. It happens because of the instinct that makes you miss your parents. I say that having a family is my number one priority in life. Now I hope you know what home means to me. It’s not just a place to me, it’s part of my heart.
