What Home Means to Me!
Hello, my name is Mahaileya. I am 9 years old, and I am in 4th grade in Ms. Carreiro’s class. I have an older sister in 5th grade in Ms. Assee’s class and I have a younger sister in Ms. Aly’s class.
Home is not just to sit there and go on your phones, T.V., tablets, or your device. Instead you can play games with your family, walk your dog if you have one, help your family out and who knows you if you help out with chores you might get a reward like for example you can out help with dishes, clean the house.
What home feels like: Home makes me feel safe, comfortable and happy with family than always playing alone, and always
living your childhood because your adulthood is much longer than you think so be creative and imaginative.
My neighbors are the best. They are so kind to me, my sisters and my parents. There is one that gives us so much stuff. Once she gave
us flowers and lots of chocolate and candy and she once gave us a pass that we can perform for the church. She also invited us to her house and we did a tour of her house and it was huge. She is so nice. There are lots of neighbors that are nice. She is one of them.
