Home is a place filled with laughter and joy From the bedrooms to the bathrooms at the end of the day. Home is a place I can rely on, a place for loved ones to wind down at night, And to sleep and rest from night to morning. From moon light to sunrise my family loves relaxing. The bathroom is a place for my soul, right down to my bones to rewind and calm down, the sink is there to clean the fear off my face and the towel is there to clear the bad things of my day off my body. When I am home from school, the fresh scent of my house greets me with a comforting hug to brighten my day from top to bottom. Walking into my house enjoying my crunchy juicy apple on my soft, relaxing couch. My home never changes, no matter how many times I come home from school, no matter how many times I smell the freshness of my house nothing brightens my day more. Home is a place that feels like a shield every time something bad happens. It is a loving hug every day to my family when you sit on your couch at the end of the day. It is when you can release your feelings about anything and your home will understand. The spices of cinnamon and pepper greet you with home made cooking! The fresh bite of sandwiches or burgers that is what it really means. The backyard holds memories with pets that may not exist anymore but we hold in our hearts. It holds secrets to games that have always been played in the same spot for years, a spot for relaxing and having smores by the fire. The office may not be everyone's favorite place but it helps with studies and work when you are really struggling.
