The Meaning of Home

A home is a home, not just walls and a roof. You can eat here and sleep here and have a sleepover too. A home for me is a place to feel safe, A home for you could be a place to escape. From the streets of the city or walks on a shore, A home is where memories soar. You don't have to worry, not even a sweat, Your family will be there to get you all set. A home means warmth and a home means dry, A home is a place where freedom will thrive. Get cozied up by the nice fireplace, With friends and family or whoever is at your place. Always remember my dear sweet reader, A home can be different for every person. A home could be old, a home could be new, a home could be a place where friendship will bloom. There you have it..a home is a home, not just walls and a roof.
