My Home

My home is a place I like to stay and a place I like to go every day. When I'm there I like to think, this is the place I want to be. My home may not be perfect but it fills my heart with joy, and when I think about my home I think that’s a place I enjoy. I love to spend time with my family and swimming is just something we like to do, and if we didn’t have a home we would have nowhere to put our bathing suits. My home is important because if I did not have it I would not be able to play with my dog in the snow. Or take him on a walk and then bring him back home. I like to watch movies with my family, sit and eat popcorn and if I did not have my home there would be no microwave or no stove. I like to draw and do arts and crafts because it's fun and when I'm done I like to put it on the fridge and if I did not have a home there would be no fridge, but I have to be careful because the paper has sharp ridges. I like to play board games like Chess and Snakes and Ladders and when it's over I feel better. I also like to play Uno and Crazy 8’s, and if I'm losing I feel like I'm getting baked. I like to play video games with my family, especially Mario Kart and when we play it's like everyone turns tart. I like winning but my stepdad always beats me, but if I ever beat him I'm gonna scream yippee! I love to spend time with my family and hug them tight and if I did not have a home I wouldn’t be able to go to bed and say goodnight. This is why I need my home.
