Meaning of Home

My home is very dark. There is only my little light, but it's not just a home. With love and warm air, you have a roof over your head every day. You have family and friends. I moved to a new home and it took time to make it feel like home. Sometimes my house is upside down, but I will always know that I am at home and I'm safe. I moved a lot, but now I live in the place where I grew up. I will still always be at home as long as I’m with my family. Home is like a place that holds food and memories. That I will never let go of. Even if it is people I will hold on to them. We have a fridge that is filled with food that smells like fries, and we have a sink that has fresh clean water. Our house is filled with love and family. We have a pet in our house. Even if you get mad at your house because you think you have an ugly house it is still a home. I love my home. It's a home with important stuff like a nice warm bed and me and my cousins play roblox and it makes me really happy. Me and my cousins go sledding down my hill and we play until we get cold but I always have fun with my family. We all go inside after a bit to go in and eat supper around the table with everyone. That is one of my favorite parts of the night.I get to spend time with my family. My home is filled with love and peaceful rooms. The air is warm and friendly. My cousin has a nice room. I always go into her room. It is cool she plays with me and does my hair all the time. It is fun. I enjoy it and her cozy bed. I don't like some of the games that we play. We have a cat. She is mean sometimes but loves to get pets. In Calgary I have a house there with my mom and a dog. I used to have a cat but it is at my uncle's home. It is nice there too. He plays piano. It is very nice when he plays piano. I have ten people at my house right now and my grandma makes food for almost all my family. I don't really eat that much but it is really good for other people and I have my own room but my little brother has the biggest room in the house. My siblings are going back to Calgary, not me. I'm living in my hometown where I grew up and it is nice living in the hometown where I grew up. There is always a good laugh in my home. I feel safe in my home. I have lots of family in my home and they make me feel safe most of the time. My home smells like bannock and I enjoy it when my family cooks bannock. It is very good and nice when they do. I love that they are very good cooks and I love when they cook it makes me happy. I like eating it because it is good, but most of the time they make rice and it is good.
