A house and a home

A house just stands there But a home is a place that makes you feel like the sun is beaming down on you A house can be found anywhere But a home is one-in-a-million A house is a building But a home comes in different shapes and sizes A house may not be thrilling But a home keeps you snug like a blanket A house is made of bricks and stone But a home is made of love and joy When you lose a house, you lose shelter But when you lose your home you lose yourself A house may have a couch, a yard and a roof But a home is what we call “home sweet home”
