Meaning of Home

Home is a place where I can go. A home is made up of many different things, a home isn’t just four bricks walls and a roof, it is way more than that. The kitchen. The kitchen isn’t just where you cook your food, it is a memory maker. Think of the times you might have burnt something or you made disgusting chocolate chip cookies, sure you were cooking and baking but you made some pretty amazing memories. The living room. A quiet place to relax and read some outstanding books, it also is a great entertaining room, especially to have fun family movie nights. That's another great way to make more memories. The bedroom. The bedroom is a place where you sleep at night, it keeps you warm and you don’t have to worry, you don’t need to have fear. There won’t be any monsters under your bed, be calm and relax. The closet. The closet is important, it keeps all of the clothes that keep you warm in winter, it also has all the clothes you need for summer including some swimsuits. It holds memories from holidays and just random days like your Halloween costume last year or the outfit you wore on Easter. The roof. The roof is one of the best features of the home, it protects you from all the hurricanes, thunderstorms, rainstorms, and windstorms. Let’s just say it protects you from most of the things mother nature throws at you. The walls. The walls in a house are blank and cold, but the walls in a home are funky, colourful, and an art piece. Overall, no more living in tents, no more shivering at night, and no more fear. A home is a gift and a blessing. EVERYONE DESERVES A HOME.
