The Meaning of Home

I love my home because it feels very welcoming. We invite friends and family over a lot to my house. It makes it feel happy when everyone is together and laughing. When my friends come over we usually play mini sticks and my mom makes us snacks. I feel loved in my home because I have the special privilege of having an older sister who takes care of me. When I was younger she would dress me up and pretend I was her baby. My dad loves to play sports like hockey with me. He also plays drums for a country band and has taught me how to play them too. Sometimes we make a family band and my mom is the audience. My mom is always cooking and cleaning and more for my family. Her spaghetti is the best!!! I'm really thankful for my house, especially my room. My room is really cool because I have a big bed and it's REALLY comfortable when I'm asleep or laying down. I also have a TV in there too, and connected to the TV is my PS5. I have two dogs. One is a girl named Charlie and the other is a boy named Ozzie. They are both Australian Labradoodles and they are really cool, fluffy, silly and cute. They can be annoying most of the time, but they are really good dogs. Oh! I forgot to say Ozzie is one years old and Charlie is six years old and somehow Ozzie is bigger than Charlie. I love being home and there is nowhere else I'd rather be. That is what home means to me.
