I feel most a home when I’m on a hike, but not any hike: a hike that is very special to me. The hike that I’m talking about is Lighthouse Park because whenever I go there, it feels like the fresh air consumes me and I float. It feels like the world is silent and all I can hear is my breathing. Why, you ask? Because I remember that day it was gloomy and cold. I was shivering with my dad and my sisters. We walked down to the rock and first, we put a flower in the water. Then, my dad let my grandpa’s ashes dissolve in the water. I was very sad, but I had to let go. That is why Lighthouse Park is where I feel home at.
