Meaning of Home

What makes a house a home? My house makes a home because of love, memories and comfort. Firstly, my house is a home because it has lots of love. Friends and brothers makes a house feel like a home. Talking about our day to my family. A home makes laughter joy and comfort and alot of happiness. All the time when I get home I am greeted by my dog jumping around and excited. After I come home I talk about my day after sports or school when I have dinner. Secondly, my house is a home because of memories. I remember all the times when I first got into stuff. I first played hockey with my brothers with mini sticks and I played with my dad in the basement with mini sticks. I played catch with a foam baseball and passed it to my brother. Thirdly, I'm always comfortable with my family around them. I rest when I'm done with school or sports. I am comfortable around my dogs and my home is a comfortable place to stay. For example my home is a warm place to stay in. When it is cold inside it is warmer, and when it's hot inside it's a little cooler. I believe all houses can feel like a home because of your memories, with your family and friends and conversations with your family. With loving parents with a dog, memories with your family, and comfort around your family, this is why I think my house is a home..
