Home.

HOME What does home mean for you? Home is different for everyone, once you have a home you know it’s home. For me home is everything, because home isn’t just within four walls. It’s not about the structure, but where your heart is. When I wake up on a Sunday morning it is hustling and bustling. I'm just sitting in bed thinking thoughts in my head. My family's getting ready for church while I hear my little brother screaming and my older sister yelling “where are my glasses! "I try to hop out and my parents try to help, I just hear them yelp “we’re late! We're late!” Home. Home is where memories are made, where you feel safe, cozy, fed, cared for and loved. Where when you arrive home and hear “how was your day?” Home When I come home right after school on a Friday afternoon usually, we grab our swim bags and go to the pool. We are there all day but once I get home at 7:00 I sigh in relief then we have a delicious dinner a pasta or roast beef. We tuck into bed where I get to rest my head. Home is where the laughter is where jokes are made on every page. Outside of your home you feel uncomfortable and not safe enough to share your feelings. As you get home you can let all your feelings out. Home Right when we turn the corner of my street, there is so much excitement within me that I can’t meet. I hear our neighbors dogs barking, thinking that their owners have come home. My house is a bit small. It’s a rancher, but it is my home and it’s enormous to me. That's Home to me.
