A House Is Not A Home

A house is not a home. A house has a roof, four walls, a door, windows, and furniture. But a home is vastly different. A home is filled with love and scents of all sorts. A home has family, and ever-lasting memories. A house is not a home. A house is a structure built with materials. A home is a place built with love, care, and more. Home is a place where you can feel safe and be yourself. A house is not a home. A house is a building using bricks and wood. A home is a place with family and all you need. A house is a place you can make a home. A home is a place that will stay a home whether you move or not. A house is not a home. A house has walls that divide the space into rooms. A home has walls decorated with baby pictures. A house has a kitchen neat and tidy. A home has a kitchen filled with food. A house is not a home. Thank you, habitat for humanity for building houses for people to turn those houses into their homes.
