What Home Means To Me

Home is more than just a building. Home is where you can be closest to the people you love most, and know that they will always support you. Home is more than just a place to sleep. It's where you make your most valuable memories, and cherish them forever. Home is more than just shelter. It's where you can know that you're truly safe, even in the worst of times. Home is more than just bricks and plaster. Home is a feeling of joy and safety that you carry with you for the rest of your life. Home is more than just screws and wood. Home is where you feel at ease, a safe space to unwind after a hard day. Home is more than just the roof over your head. It's where you go for comfort, and can feel supported. Home is more than just wood and nails. Home is where everyone sees you for you, and believes that you can do great things. Home is more than just the place than just the place that you live in. It's where you can confide in your family and friends, and you can be sure that they will support you no matter what. Home is more than where you sleep. It's where you are loved, and where you know that you are safe. Home is more than a dot on a map. Home is filled with warmth and happiness, even when no one is there. But not everyone has a home. Homes can be taken, whether because you cannot pay, or for any number of other reasons. And we must all do whatever we can to make sure everyone gets their home back.
