Home is Not a House

Do you know the difference between a house and a home? Well I do! Home is a place with memories and love filling the air. It's cozy and you can be yourself. A house is a building with walls, windows and doors, maybe even furniture but no feelings attached. Safe🛟 One time I felt really safe at home was when I was in my room,I felt so peaceful and protected because I was snuggling my fluffy puppies and watching an exciting show with them, Like Sam and Cat. My family makes me feel safe because they are loving and sweet people. My basement makes me feel safe because it's filled with my good memories like when I chased my sister with my nerf gun and shot the wall 8 times. It was an exciting moment. Dogs🐕‍🦺 I know I am loved at home because my dogs welcome me home after I'm gone for a while. For example I have so many scratches when I come home from my moms house, they just get so excited. My dogs snuggle me when they are tired and they make me feel loved and so very special. Me and my dogs have a friendship that will forever last. Sister👭 She doesn't annoy me when I'm doing something that I can't be distracted with. She does not snitch on me when I do something awful. She has my back when someone is being mean to me she gives me a warm embrace and comforts me. Those are my three reasons why a home is not a house can you relate to these? Well hope you liked my three reasons!
