My Home

My house is more than bricks, it's a place where I am safe. It wraps me in a blanket of safety from problems everyday. The living room and dining room is filled with laughter and remembrance. Family gatherings that brought us together, it was a place of bonding, a place where I used to show my achievements and growth, a place I could never forget. My bedroom is filled with my personality with colour of my liking, and things that I value. My room is filled with dreams waiting to come true. It's a place where I can let out my feelings and be myself. The kitchen is filled with beautiful scents of my culture and a place to sit down with my family after a long day. My bathroom is a place where I sing in the shower or take a hot bath to calm myself when I need to. I could never leave my home, it's part of me.
