A Home is More Than a Place

Home is more than a place. A home is the people you share it with. A home can be you and your pet, it can be you and your family, it can even be you and your friend. What home means to me is a lot more than just the people I spend it with. It is knowing they are okay, eating dinner with, accomplishing something with them, and it is doing anything with them. When my mom cooks it fills the room with a nice aroma that brings everyone joy. When I eat dinner with them, we are always laughing. When I spend time with them I always feel worm and safe. Home is a place where you should feel safe. When I come home, I always see my mom or dad there and it makes me feel good. When I wake up and see my family, I feel happy. When I play with my dog, I feel happy. This is what home means to me. Home is more than a place it is the people you spend it with.
