Home

Home is a place you feel safe, where you can be yourself. Home to some people is bad, dangerous and a place you don’t want to go, but i’m one of the lucky people that feel safe at home. There are over 150,000 - 300,000 people that are homeless. We are lucky to have a home, to have a place to stay, a place you feel safe, a place you won’t get judged. For some people there home is school or a store. My home is with my family or friends because I feel safe with them. I go home every day after school I talk to my family about my day. Whenever I get scared about something like somebody breaking in I always think about my parents they always say they will protect me. When i’m at home I feel safe I don’t feel like I have to worry about things like somebody breaking in or getting hurt because I know I have my parents to protect me. That’s what home is to me.
