Home is More than Just a Place

Home is a place where you see the people you love; home is a place where you grow; home is a place where you feel safe, warm, comfortable, and loved. Home is a place where you go to on a snowy day sipping on your hot cocoa. A place where you are welcome for being you, a place where there is always food in the fridge, and dinner on the table. A home is a place where you cool down in the ridiculously scorching summer with your ice cream cone or popsicles. Home is a place where you have an end of the summer bonfire and BBQ. A home is a place where you are never judged but only loved and welcomed for being you. Home is more than a place you eat, sleep, and more than a place you get free Wi-Fi. It is a place you grow and get launched into the real world a place you get you characteristics to learn and grow into the real world and I am so happy my parents gave me a real home because of them I am getting launched into the real world with my biggest supporters by my side. This is a home to me, a real home, and this rocket is ready to launch because I got a real home. So home is more than a place you can go to, it is the people you love. Home is more than just a place.
