Home Is Where The Heart Is

The Meaning of Home Is it really home… If your voice was always ignored? You start to doubt yourself, Your dreams are now destroyed, ripped, or torn. Is it really home… If your heart feels a sharp pain? You can still hear the voices in your head, It keeps coming back, Again and Again. Is it really home… If you feel like you’ve been stabbed deep? A swirl of emotions start to gather up, You start to break and start to weep. Is it really home… If you feel your heart begins to shatter? At this point, you feel unloved, It’s like you never mattered. Because home is where… Your voice is always heard, You feel happier by the minute, As they listen to every word. Home is where… Your heart feels the love. Those voices are replaced with kindness, It comes back with a hint of joy, Again and Again. Home is where… You get all the hugs, Every single hug fills you with happiness, Your shattered parts get healed and become love. Home is where… Your heart starts to heal, Instead of bandages and medicine, It’s the foundation of love and God. This is the love you need to feel. Because home is not a place, It’s not even a building. Home is where the heart is. It’s the love you’re building.
