Meaning of Home

Every day after school, I amble slowly to my home, before I even enter it, the feeling of home hits me like a punch to the stomach, but I wondered, “why does MY home feels completely different to other peoples home?”. Then I realized, home isn't just a house, it’s a trustable place that makes you feel safe, have your own privacy, and a lot of inspiration from other siblings, cousins, and adults. But before I can wonder more, my cousins voice interrupts:”How’s school today?”,I replied”it’s fine”. Then I went upstairs to read, and I start thinking:”home does not have a different characteristic from others, no matter is it from price, looks or cosmetics. “Michael!!!” suddenly, a voice startled me, “its time for dinner!” Then I understand: “home is different from the core, like welcomeness, chattiness, to the familiar taste of food your parents make. In the end, home is different from the warmth your siblings and parents give, and the welcomeness you receive. But deep down, not everywhere can be home, because everywhere you go, you might be included, but lose the warmth of home, or always receive warmth, but lose the welcomeness your home gave you. But now I am wondering, is it the same with rooms? I imagined the time I went to my mom’s friends house, and then I walked to my own room, and I already see the answer, which is the memories, I look at my stuffy, and I thought again. Home also has things you are familiar with, like for example: your stuffy! Anyway, now I solved my problems, I peacefully drifted off to sleep in my cozy bed. Anyway, this is how I feel about my home, but everyone’s perspective is different.
