Home

To me, my home is not just a house and here's why. A house is just a bunch of bricks, some paint, a few windows and a door. But my home is special. Something I like about my home is that my dog walks around and I can hear his tag tingling and that to me is a familiar sound. Speaking about familiar things, some familiar faces are my mom, my dad, my sister Emily and my oma and opa! Some other things I like about my home are that I have all my medals hanging on my bedroom wall. These medals make me feel proud like the first place trophy I got from a dance competition last year. Finally, I like my home because my Oma makes this really great pasta with cherry tomatoes, basil and pure goodness! It’s food that not only fills your belly but fills your heart. These are the reasons why to me a home is not just a house.
