The Difference Between a House and Home
House is a place with walls, ceilings and doors and more, but nothing like home. Home has traditions, pets, and the love has gone above. A house has fuzzy carpets, cozy furniture and stuff galore. You can have fun in the backyard as birds soar above, but not as much as a home, a home has more of everything, such as joy. A house has a dry roof like every other one. But as the sun's rays lay on the roof of a home, memories sit by the welcome sign. A family buying a house with a backyard with lawn gnomes, that after time will turn into a new home, in a new neighborhood with homes and houses that would eventually turn into homes. And those homes may be sold and make houses for other families to make homes like gold. Houses have routines and a thing to do, but homes always have activities to explore, like ping pong downstairs or go upstairs with your yo-yo. Houses have space in the living room, but homes have room for everyone, with the sun in the sky so high houses are sitting there in where homes are bursting with energy. Families play games like a frog on a log that you can win or you can lose but when you have a home, a place to live everyones a winner, even the dog!
If you think about it, home is a feeling.
