Home For Me

I am Momo, and I am from Japan. My house was in Japan, and my grandma is in Japan. At my home, there is laughter, kindness, and light. From my home, I could see the ocean view. I wore T-shirts every day. I went to the park most of the afternoon, even though there were a lot of bugs. I had my favourite table to go under. There, I smelled the salty air, felt my feet in the cool salty water. I saw seagulls flying across the sky, squeaking and eating the fish they caught. Laughing, giggling, talking and eating, I was happy, but tired and sleepy. My house was an apartment that is twelve floors high. My house has a roof and a couple of walls. It could be lonely, boring, and cold, but my home is a warm place where there’s kindness and love. We did BBQs and camping, and we had so much fun, but here I am now, in Nova Scotia, Canada. I sure miss both my grandma and my friends. My home never changes, my love will always be with me. No matter where I live or where I will move to, my home is here with me.
