Our Inclusive Home

Our house has an open-door policy, which makes it feel like home to everyone. All friends and family are welcome, our family is so close. My classmates can come to play anytime and they are always welcome to stay for dinner. We celebrate holidays together as a community. We invite our neighborhood friends for special occasions and fun sleepovers! I cozy blankets on the couch, watching movies, and playing heads up with my friends and my bonus mom Steph. We make Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. We also make charcuterie boards and watch movies together. Dad, Steph, and my little brother Carson laughing and playing tag with Carson and Rylan. They always spend time with me. We play board games, including friends on movies and the park trips. Steph teaches me how to make the perfect eggs and cook steak like Gordan Ramsay. Soon I will be just as good as him! When I think of a home it’s not a house it’s a home. By Kaiden Byers
