The Meaning of Home

A home is not a house, a home is somewhere in the world surrounded by people that love you. A house has four walls, a bed and more. A home does not have four walls and a bed but it surrounds you with air and love. People think a house is their home, it's not. Lots of people don't have houses but they have homes because really a home can be anywhere in the world. A home is like your own warm bubble, you can have your own time without getting bothered. In my home I feel safe because my family won't judge me. I love my home. My home is not just a home, it is my happy place. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for the opportunity to give someone a place to call home.
