What home means to me
What home means to me
A home isn't the same as a house; it's where memories and a warm feeling are scattered around every room you walk in giving a different feeling everytime.
A home is when you've been somewhere all day waiting to get in a comfy bed to rest your head.Sometimes in a home it can be chaotic and crazy like when you hear your moms music, playing knowing she's gonna drag you into her cleaning dance party. But another feeling is when your friend comes over and shares that crazy feeling because they're crazy too.
But sometimes in a home there's lies saying that they're keeping you safe but they're not, lies can make something fall apart in seconds but a new day is a new feeling and more compliments to be shared.
Family as they watch you grow up in your home that they grew up in is a feeling nobody can ever get or know, just being there is enough to bring a smile to a face.
Friends, family, besties, there's nothing that makes you more happy than a hug from your person that feels like home. A lot of people keep a place in your heart no matter how big or small they keep a deep part of you inside a happy hug or a big smile, maybe a laugh that causes you to almost pass out.
Sometimes you can just look at your friends\home and start laughing. That's how you know your besties.
And that's what home is for me, a special house or a special person that makes you feel safe.
