WHAT HOME IS TO ME

What you may see at my home is a tree that has been at my home since I moved there, a woman making supper for her kids and a man making a blueprint. What I see is a tree that I climb to read in. It’s really comfy if you add a pillow. The woman in the kitchen I love seeing, because she's my mom and I love my mom. I love making a batch of cookies. I see my dad working so we can pay the bills. What home feels like is a happy place with love and where you’re comforted. It is peaceful. If you drove through my village, you would see homes, a little bakery, a lake, and train tracks. What I would see in my lovely village is my home and a safe place to grow up.
