What Home Means to Me.

A home is more than a place to live, eat and sleep. It is a place to have joyful moments with your family where love lingers in the air. As people grow up, they have a lot of first moments at home. These first moments can be a baby saying their first word or taking their first steps. The most memorable moments can happen at your home. A house is a place where you have all the material things but a home is where families come together. A family can go through the good and the bad, the happy and the sad but these moments are what defines the bond between a family. In the end, the relationship between a family will grow stronger. A house can be big, but yet so empty - but a home is filled with joy and the warmth of love. A house can be filled with golden galore but a home has true gold joy and a caring family. These moments of joy can happen when a family has dinner at the table or they are watching a family movie together. A home is like watching a movie, where you feel all the emotions that occur in a movie. This is what defines a home. Thank you habitat for humanity for making more homes for the ones in need.
