HOME
Home to me means feeling warmth from my mom’s delicious cooking and making cookies piping hot out of the oven, especially chocolate chip cookies. Home means knowing you’re in a safe place with people you may love and care about. Home is a comforting safe place to play and hang out with your mom, dad, brother, and sister. Home means having fun by having a snowball fight or drinking hot chocolate and marshmallows with your family at the dinner table or on the couch. It also means enjoying the amazing home you have and live in. Home is not just a house with 4 walls, it's a place to make and to keep memories with your family. Home is where you can be yourself and hang out with the people you love and care about. Home also is where you're bed you’re blanket and all the other stuff you may sleep with. Home is where you give gifts and money to your family during special events like Christmas, Chinese New year, and halloween. Home doesn't have to be a house. Home is a place where you and your family may stay like Canada can be your home. A house can also be your home because most people live in a house. A tent could be a home for some people who might not have a home like homeless people. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for making Canada a better place to live and stay.
