Am I at home?
As I was sleeping at my friend's house, I had this feeling that I never had in my life before. My hands started shaking after we finished the movie that we were watching, and now we are going to bed. As my feelings overwhelmed me, I didn’t know what to do. Should I tell somebody? My friends or their parents? Until I realized that I am feeling homesick. That doesn’t mean I am actually sick, it just means I miss my home. My parents, siblings, and of course my bed and stuffed animals. Home is just not a place to live, or to have shelter, it is like a family, it is a place you feel comfortable and you don’t feel sick. Home is unique in different languages. The meaning of home isn’t always the same. It can be lovely for you, or it’s like you having another sibling. If you ever miss your home, and feel homesick just tell somebody, also remember that your home is special to you, and nobody can judge that. Home will never change.
