Meaning of Home

The difference between a house and a home is massive. A house has walls, windows, and doors. But a home is so much more. A house is built with bricks, wood, and glass but a home is built with love and respect that will last. A home is somewhere you built memories and traditions in the living room or even the kitchen. Home is where the heart feels light a place where you can soar and shine bright. A home is the feeling of never truly being alone a place you feel safe where you feel safe where you belong. A home is where your thoughts soar a place you can adore. A home does not have to be a certain place, shape or size. Now I realize everyone deserves a home. Thank you to habitat for humanity for helping me think about the value of a home.
