Home

Home is the place where we are wanted. Home is a safe place where the people in it are there to make you laugh. Home is the people in it. You can go to someone else's house but it doesn't have the same people in it like my stepdad, my mum, my dog and, my older sisters. At the other person's house, they have their family but it's not the same. They have their mum and dad but you don't know them as well. Home is a safe place because you know the people are there to protect you. It feels secure and safe because my dog is there. Being with my family makes me feel safe from robbers or break-ins. They will take care of me. They tell me “I will always be there for you.” that makes me feel safe, secure, and looked after. Other houses feel safe but sometimes it doesn't. Home is a happy place because of the people, the pets and the fun games inside it. It has people who make you laugh and the people will play with you a lot. They are there for you when you are sad. The people inside are nice to you they are always there to say you're okay. This is why I think home is a safe place.
