Home

A house might be pretty but it's not like a home. A home is where your family spends time together. You don't have to watch TV shows. A home is where you can play tag with your family and friends. A house just sits there. A family is there for you when you're feeling down or even when you're sick. A home is the smell when you get home from work or school where your mom or dad has made a delicious dinner for you. A house is a place with roofs and walls and expensive furniture. You can be separated from a house but never a family. Home is where you can be you and not hear what other people think of you because it does not matter if you're you or not. A house can be any color or any theme but a home has love. A family you can play a board game or build a snowman that is a home to me. A home is kind and caring. You can draw a meaningful picture for your mom or dad and that is something nice to do. A family is kind and caring with lots of memories. A home is where your cat, dogs, chickens and especially your family are waiting for you when you get home . Sometimes in my home my cat sits on my chest and licks me in my face. My cat is the best cat in the world. Olivia Jackson
