What Home Means To Me
Home is a very precious thing that some of us may not have. Home is a precious thing to me because some people do not have a roof over their heads but I do so that I can have food to eat, water to drink, a safe place to sleep, a quiet place to study, a home to protect myself from harsh weather conditions like snow, rain, etc. I also have a home which is full of lovingness and care from your family and loved ones around me. Home can also cool me down with some cool lemonade and AC in the beating heat while I was out playing in the summer, warm me up with heat or hot chocolate in the winter which some people may not be able to do in their life. Whenever I come home from school or somewhere else where I fought, I can come home, relax and calm myself down. I also have a home so that I can be honest with myself and my parents and take all the things that I want to say which were private to me and tell them to my parents without anyone else hearing those things as I have 4 walls around me which block the noise from going out. I have a clean place to freshen up and take a shower which some people can’t do. It doesn’t matter if you have a small home or a big home, it matters how loving and caring the house is. For the people out there without homes, don’t you worry Habitat for Humanity will build homes for all of you so that you guys will not be homeless anymore. Thank you for reading and stay home safe.
