The Best of Home

A home is more than windows, walls, and a roof. A home is a place where you can stay sheltered and warm. In my home I get to be myself and have fun. It is my safe place. Home to me means having a favorite place to relax and spend time with my family. In my home I have three favorite places. The first one is my bedroom. I like to relax there and read. I also have a nice bed to sleep in which to me is very important . My second favorite place is the kitchen. This is where I like to bake and cook delicious food with my family. My last and final favorite place is my backyard, where I like to sit outside in the summer and read with my cat, Rudy. I am so very grateful that I have a home. I wish that everyone could have a home where they can be themselves and feel safe.
