Home for me

Home is a place where you can feel free, home is a place where it's not just me. Not just me but my family, my dogs, and close friends. Home is a place where my mom wakes me up every morning for school, my dad is downstairs making breakfast, my dogs are barking at me for their breakfast. A part of home is snow days with hot chocolate in the winter and beach days with ice cream in the summer. Your friends coming for a playdate then later becomes a sleepover. Home is not all happy, sometimes sad, it’s mostly who is around you and what you have. A part of home is having fun with family and friends, having a big lunch or dinner where you make way too much food and have leftovers for days, that is the feeling of home.
