The Meaning of Home

Home is a place that you can be how you want to be. Home is a place where it is judgement free. Home is a safe place; a place with no worries. Home is a place that you hold very dear. Home is a smell that you love such as your favourite home cooked meal. Home is your family and friends, like my mom, my dad, and my siblings. Home is a roof over your head; home is a soft cozy bed. Home is a place that you want to be at. Home is sometimes loud, like when we sing Christmas songs together. Home is sometimes quiet, like when I’m alone and get to relax after a long day. That is what home means to me.
