Meaning of Home

When I grow up I want to make a home like mine. We all wish to be independent and create our own home. As time passes by we realize that our home is that warmth soup you have in a cold winter day, those bandaids you had when you scratched your knee, those warm blankets that covered you when you were cold at night, those hugs you had when you felt sad, your clothes all washed and folded, your house all tidy and a warm healthy meal when you got back from school. And this is all because of my Mom, she has always been my home, since she carried me for 9 months, had me, changed my diaper, teached me to crawl, walk and even run. She's the one who has been there since day one. She fills our home with love, care and warmth. The day I grow up I want to be able to provide my kids with that same warm soup, the bandaids on their scratched knees, those warm blankets that cover them at night, those hugs when they feel sad, their clothes all washed and folded, a house tidy and a warm meal when they get back from school. For me my home is not just a home, it's everything.
